 Eric headed straight into Real Estate and was one of the
youngest Real Estate agents to get his Brokers license at the age of 18. He is
a third generation Real Estate Broker. He has held a Broker's license for over
35 years specializing in helping Sellers and Buyers meet their Real
Estate needs. He has helped hundreds of families and individuals to achieve
their goals and dreams. Eric's area of expertise encompasses the Denver Metro
area Including, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Denver, Littleton, Golden,
Westminster, Broomfield, Superior, Erie, Brighton, Thornton, Northglenn and
Aurora. Eric's greatest pleasure is spending quality time with his family. He
also enjoys biking, snow skiing and travel whenever possible. He is happily
married to Shannon his wife of 24 years, and together they have a son, Brennar,
the pride and joy of their lives. Eric is also involved in raising money to
help fight Multiple Sclerosis. 

He prides himself on an aggressive approach to marketing,
negotiating and a never let it die attitude.
